OptiLedge is an innovative and light-weight
alternative to the wooden pallet. The OptiLedge system offers
a new approach
to handling, storing and transporting a wide
range of goods across diverse industries.
OptiLedge is an operationally efficient load carrier and is
also extremely cost-effective. Rather than using a standard-sized
load platform (i.e. a pallet) OptiLedge makes
the load platform conform to the size and shape of the goods
being carried.
It is now possible to create a unit load platform which is
substantially lighter than pallet alternatives. The OptiLedge
can easily be adapted to different applications, the product
and supply chain determine the size of the load and not the dimensions
of a pallet. Cost savings are extensive.

load capacity for a pair of OptiLedge unit load carriers
is more than
1 tonne in a normal transport mode environment and more
than 4 tonnes if used in a static warehouse environment.

Injection moulded from 100%, high impact copolymer polypropylene
(PP), the OptiLedge unit load carriers are 100% recyclable.

LP45 – Low Profile OptiLedge
|
For use with forklift trucks.
Maximises cube utilisation of storage
and transport containers. |
HP85 – High Profile OptiLedge |
For use with pallet trucks or forklift
trucks
as well as motorised pallet trucks. |
